4th of July 2016

Fourth of July 2016 was busy and fun. In the afternoon we had a barbeque at our house with several families from church. Our house was swarming with kids. The kiddos loved water balloon fights in the back yard and on the trampoline as well as a kiddy day-time fireworks show put on by Dan. We then cleaned up and headed to downtown Durham for the Durham Bulls 4th of July baseball game. We went with residents from Dan's radiation oncology program. Of course the kids favorite part was the frozen treats at the game. The fireworks show at the end of the show was pretty spectacular as they launched them right from the outfield. Overall a pretty classic 4th of July with barbeque, baseball, and fireworks! All with good friends!
