Ethan James

Our newest little bundle of joy is here! Ethan James was born at 10:57pm on June 29th. He came in at a healthy 8 pounds, 11 ounces and was 22 inches long. He has a full head of dark brown hair and is the sweetest baby.

Throughout this whole pregnancy I hoped that Ethan would come early, but who doesn't?!? I never thought it would actually happen. My reason for wanting him to come early was in hopes that he would be smaller and I could deliver him vaginally. By the time we knew how big he was it was too late. Thanks to a confident doctor and great nurses we delivered vaginally but I am wondering if my body will ever forgive me for it. I have decided that me and the whole labor and delivery thing are not friends. One day I will write the whole story, but for now enjoy some pictures of our Ethan.
