Our American Day!

We woke up early and spent the Fourth of July on the Fourth of July trail up in the Colorado mountains. The hike was a beaut...no lakes this time, but there were several nice waterfalls and great views of the mountains. We celebrated Seito's birthday then went up to the CU-Boulder campus to watch beach volleyball, a concert, and the fireworks. Good times!

At a cascade...

Pretty wildflower...

Dan scrambling...

Kari crossing a raging creek with sharp, wet, pointy rocks...and she is pregnant!
Dan climbed a nice sittin' tree...
Kari and Dad Tandberg at the last waterfall...
Dan dunking his head per Tandberg tradition...

Beautiful Colorado!!
We watched a little of the AVP beach volleyball competition...In Colorado!

Schaweet fireworks at the stadium...
